Biography
Michel Le Goc has specialized in international business development

-- With an emphasis in technology transfer – developing and implementing alliances and joint ventures, and mergers and acquisitions for over thirty years. He began his business career after leaving the military where, for eighteen years, he was a pilot and member of the supervisory agency of the French Department of Defense. After leaving the military, Le Goc became intensely involved in business management as he took on positions as Corporate Director at over fifteen corporations and Chairman of over six, including Interfinexa, a company specializing in international development through alliances, mergers and acquisitions, which he created in 1970.

Le Goc, a graduate of the French Air Force Academy and a recipient of degrees in engineering, law, and economics, concluded his academic training by graduating summa cum laude with a Ph.D. in Business Administration and a thesis on “Corporate Merger Strategy.” Le Goc then concentrated his interests on developing his international career. In 1976, he began his teaching career at the University of Geneva, still active in consulting activities as an advisor to numerous CEOs.

From 1995 to 1997, Le Goc was an advisor to the President of the Cousteau Foundation and from 1992 to 1994, advisor to the President of Cris International Ltd., a company that specialized in system engineering. Prior to this position, Le Goc served as Chairman of Lasa Industries, Inc., a company that specialized in laser semiconductor R&D from 1988 to 1992, and Chairman of Interavia an international aviation publishing house from 1982 to 1988. From 1970 to 1986, Le Goc was President of Interfinexa From 1962 to 1969, Le Goc was a Senior Vice-President of Cegos, a leading European management consulting firm and from 1959 to 1961, held the position of Assistant General Manager in charge of European affairs for the Electrical and Electronic Industries Manufacturers Association

Over the past thirty years, Le Goc has published four books and approximately one hundred articles in the areas of International Business Development, Production Management, Technology Transfer, Alliances & Joint Ventures and Mergers & Acquisitions.

Currently, Le Goc is mainly advising the Heads of important R&D laboratories specialized in the fields of Molecular Chemistry, Marine Biology, Coral Breeding, Rehabilitation and Medical Transplant. Additonally, Le Goc, is an advisor to the Dean of the Kogod School of Business (KSB) and was awarded the French Palmes Académiques in 1994 and the KSB Special Recognition in 2009
